Never used a laundry service before? Nothing here is complicated — but here's exactly what happens, what it costs, and when you get your things back.
What actually happens.
1. Pick a window
Book online in about 30 seconds, or call us. Choose a two-hour pickup window — we run routes seven days a week.
2. Bag it up
Any bag works for your first order. Keep dry cleaning in its own bag inside the main one, and add a note about anything delicate or stained.
3. Leave it by the door
You don't need to be home. We collect from the porch, the front desk, or wherever you tell us, and email you a confirmation.
4. We clean it properly
Everything is weighed, sorted and inspected. Stains get treated individually. Dry cleaning goes through our PERC-free wet cleaning system.
5. Back at your door
Wash & fold in 24 to 48 hours, folded and bagged. Dry cleaning pressed and hung. You get an email before we arrive.

- Wash & fold pickup and delivery: $2.69/lb, 20 lb minimum.
- Drop-off wash & fold at the shop: $1.75/lb, 10 lb minimum.
- Dry cleaning: priced per garment — shirts from $6.85, two-piece suits $21.00.
- Dry-cleaning-only delivery run: $14.99.
- Comforters from $18 (twin) to $25 (king).
A few things worth knowing
- Point out stains. A stain we know about gets treated; a stain we don't gets pressed in.
- Don't wash something before you send it. Heat sets most stains permanently.
- Empty pockets — but if we find something, we bag it and give it back.
- Tell us if anyone in the house has sensitive skin. Our detergents are already fragrance-free and skin-safe, but we can go gentler still.
- Split loads are fine. Wash & fold, dry cleaning and a comforter can all go out in one pickup.
